Key Responsibilities:

• Develop client relationships, offering personalized service for Hajj, Umrah, and Islamic tours.
• Address client concerns promptly, determining suitable solutions and refund eligibility.
• Maintain professional communication with clients, ensuring accuracy and adherence to standards.
• Stay informed about competitors\' pricing and policies to enhance our offerings.
• Arrange hotel bookings, transportation, and air tickets worldwide.
• Create and refine Hajj and Umrah packages, incorporating feedback and trends.
• Manage end-to-end travel logistics, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
• Provide informed recommendations on global travel destinations and flights.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of similar experience, preferably in Hajj and Umrah bookings.
• English proficiency required; Arabic fluency preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Thorough understanding of Hajj and Umrah rituals, requirements, and regulations.
