Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Chinese-Speaking Customer Experience (CX) Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to our Chinese-speaking clients, ensuring their needs are met and their issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat to Chinese-speaking customers.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of customer support processes.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in both written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin) and English.
  • Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and tools.
