| Job Description: |
This is a full-time, on-site role as a human resources manager at Safa Gold Mall. The Human Resources Manager will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. They will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive work environment and supporting the organization\\\'s strategic HR initiatives.
Requirements:
- Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Performance Management skills
- 2+ years of experience
- Training and Development expertise
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience in the retail or hospitality industry is a plus
