Job Description:

  • Responsible for making analysis reports about client retention and sharing the same with the management

  • Identify the reasons causing low client retention and identify their corrective and preventive measures

  • Design customer retention strategies and ensuring their implementation

  • Improving customer service experience, create engaged customers and increase customer footfall

  • Taking ownership of customers issues and following problems through to resolution

  • Suggesting customer services training on all floors for all staff

  • Arranging events which help to foster positive relationships with the clients

  • Any other task assigned by HOD
