| Job Description: |
- Responsible for making analysis reports about client retention and sharing the same with the management
- Identify the reasons causing low client retention and identify their corrective and preventive measures
- Design customer retention strategies and ensuring their implementation
- Improving customer service experience, create engaged customers and increase customer footfall
- Taking ownership of customers issues and following problems through to resolution
- Suggesting customer services training on all floors for all staff
- Arranging events which help to foster positive relationships with the clients
- Any other task assigned by HOD
