Foodpanda, is the Berlin-based food delivery service that partners exclusively with beloved local restaurants to deliver quality meals in over 70 cities worldwide. We are currently looking for an energetic individual to join our Delivery & Logistics Department in Karachi.
Calling out all the enthusiastic, well-communicating individuals willing to work in challenging environment. We’re looking for energetic individuals who believe they can change the way delivery and logistics are operational in the country.
The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills and sound knowledge of logistics. This position requires creative problem solving skills to face the novel challenges that are usual to delivery and logistics industry in Pakistan. If you’re ambitious and willing to make a difference, this is the position for you.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward riders at all times.
- Responding promptly to riders inquiries through chats
- Communicating with riders through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving riders complaints.
- Having technical knowledge about logistics so that you can answer questions.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests on real time basis.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
- Maintain financial accounts of riders by processing customer adjustments.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Ensure rider satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication with vendors and customers .
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail and social media.
- Meet personal/team KPI targets every month.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar field. Freshies are also encouraged to apply.
- Willing to work in rotational shifts
- Must hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Masters will be preferred.
- Fluent in English and Urdu.
