Job Description:

Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

Customer orientation and able to handle large volume of calls

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

Handling the sales Leads

Hand-on knowledge of Office tools like Excel, word etc

Resolve Customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media

Ability to manage social media tasks

Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling

Prepare product or service reports by collecting analyzing customer information
