Description:

·         Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting departments

·         Monitoring and analyzing data and produce financial reports or statements

·         Establishing and enforcing prospering accounting methods, policies and principles

The Brief:

·         To supervise, track and evaluate day to day activities

·         Establish financial status by developing and implementing systems

·         Collecting, analyzing, verifying and reporting information

·         Work closely with financial management team

·         Manage: month and end year process; accounts payable / receivable; cash receipts; general ledger; payroll and utilities; treasury; budgeting; cash forecasting; revenue and expenditure variance analysis; capital assets and trust account reconciliations; check runs; asset activity, etc..

Job Details:

·         Office Days: Monday to Saturday

·         Office Hours: 8 hour shift + 1 hour lunch break

·         Position Type: Permanent Position (With Initial 3 Months’ Probation Period)
