| Job Description: |
CureMD’s Technical Writers are responsible for producing high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for healthcare professionals who use the CureMD platform. Our Technical Writers work collaboratively with Software Engineers, Quality Assurance Engineers, Business Analysts and Application Analysts to develop, gather and disseminate documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Create, update, review and deliver technical user documentation required to support CureMD projects and products.
- Collaborate with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the client work flows, requirements and application design.
- Produce easy-to-understand user guides, getting started guides, training guides, online help, training video scripts and other material as required.
- Plan and schedule documentation delivery within timelines established by our product upgrade schedule.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor in Computer Science/IT
- Fresh to 2 year of relevant experience
- Familiarity/fluency with medical terminology preferred
- Ability to interact with Subject Matter Experts to gather technical information
- Ability to write clearly to communicate complex technical information to non-technical users
- Basic SQL knowledge
- Knowledge of CSS, HTML, Wordpress and basic web design
