Job Description:

To deliver comprehensive assistance to the end users for services and application such email server, ADS, files server, Helpdesk, antivirus etc. and work closely with the management to develop goals that closely support the overall aim of the business.

- Administration of Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange and Skype for Business Platforms.

- Administration of File Server Services, DHCP, WSUS, Wireless Network.

- Administration of Windows Server and Linux OS platforms

- Administration of Kaspersky Endpoint Security

- Administration of VMware Vsphere Platform

- Responsible for keeping the servers up-to-date by applying the software updates on regular basis

- Responsible for data backups.

- Responsible for monitoring all these systems and hardware resources.

- Management and Administration of Helpdesk System.

- Comply with Change Management Process

- Managing Server and EUC inventory

- Provide support to EUC Front End Team and Other Technology Departments
