We looking to hire a full-time General Manager Sales to join our team at Islamabad office and work on our current mega-project named Madina Mall & Residency which is one of the biggest projects in Islamabad.
Developing and implementing strategic sales plan within budgetary limits.
Achieve sales target by successfully managing the sales team.
Identification of customers who are interested in investing in a project or want to purchase an apartment for self-residence or shop for business.
Preparation of project presentation according to the client’s needs and interest.
Identify emerging real estate markets while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of the sales team.
Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email and face-to-face.
Reviewing sales team performance, aiming to meet or exceed sales target.
Motivating and training sales team to deliver a high standard of customer service and closing sales.
Set weekly and monthly monetary goals for the sales team to achieve.
Arrange weekly sales report meetings with the management.
Keeping a record of sales productivity.
Ensuring that the sales team delivers the desired results.
Perform any other assigned task by management.
