Job Description: |
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Reporting
- Assist in preparation/production of monthly management accounts.
- Assist in preparation/production of branch financial statements for the entire network.
- Assist in extraction of reports/data from business applications for compilation of data for reporting.
- Assist in project reporting requirements of financing arrangements/obligations of the Bank.
- Analyze financial/non-financial data received from back office departments/systems, post corrections where necessary.
2. Reconciliation Management
- Prepare consolidated reconciliation of Assets, Liabilities, Revenues and Opex items in financial statements on monthly basis.
- Liaise with concerned teams for follow up items outstanding in reconciliations to take necessary actions.
3. Variance Analysis
- Complete monthly variance template for senior managers’ review.
- Liaise with concerned budget owners for reasons of variances.
4. Stakeholder Management
- Liaise with all cost centers to clarify queries relating to P&L.
- Provide support in liaising with internal audit, external audit and SBP.
5. Additional Tasks
Completion of any additional tasks/assignments relevant to job responsibilities.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Other attributes
MBA in Finance/ACCA/CIMA/ACMA/CA/M.Com or Master’s Degree in Finance from HEC recognized / overseas institute.

Duration and Nature of Previous Experience
1-2 year’s of experience in accounts preparation and analysis. Knowledgeable regarding with local tax regulations and SBP PRs. |
