A leading digital company is looking for an in-house Social Media Coordinator based in Bahria Town,

The Social Media Coordinator will be required to do social postings, increase followers of the digital company’s social media properties.

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, Polyvore, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant
• Create shareable content appropriate for specific networks to spread both our brand and our content
• Write, develop, produce interesting and engaging content that is appealing, interesting to read, catches the readers attention, provokes call to action, and is free of plagiarism, grammatical mistakes
• Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company, competitors, and/or industry, both from existing leads and customers as well as from brand new audiences
• Run regular social promotions and campaigns and track their success (e.g., Twitter chats, LinkedIn discussions, etc.)
• Work alongside other marketers and content marketers to help distribute content that educates and entertains our audience and supports marketing goals
• Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our social network presence
• Explore new ways to engage and identify new social networks to reach our target buyers
• Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on social media engagement campaigns, paid campaigns and manage the ROI
• Any other task assigned by the line manager

Requirements:

• Proven social media management track record
• Must be proficient in Urdu & fluent in English
• Expertise in Illustrator, Photoshop & other Graphic Designing tools is a plus
• Must be target oriented, with professional conduct
• Previous sales experience to local businesses is a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be Computer & Internet literate.
