Job Description:
- Visiting airlines and resolve fare discrepancies & reinstating segments, seats from carriers, Fare Issues, PNR synchronization
- Update capping as per the airline policy on agents request.
- To keep close contact with all carriers and update all activities
- Visit airline on day to day basis, to make good PR as well as to solve the issues of agents and the airline.
- Arrange Joint workshops with carriers once or twice a year.
- Arrange promotional events like Cricket, Bowling events, Dinner, Lunch, Birthdays.
