We are looking for a skilled HR Officer who will recruit, support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures. You will be responsible for administrative tasks and you’ll contribute to making the company a better place to work,
HR manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources
practices and processes. In this dynamic role you will work with our recruiting team, hiring
managers and staffing agencies to ensure staffing levels are maintained. You will support
supervisors and managers with employee relations and development for their hourly employees.

Responsibilities:
Administering payroll and maintaining employee records.
Working closely with various departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures.
Promoting equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organization.
Documentation handling.
Porviding administrative support and managing thier queries.
Managning office record.
Preparing regular reports (Expenses, office budget etc.) Benefit allocation summary report.
Assisting manager HR & Admin.
Conduct interviews, follow-up references
Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
