Skills required:
- Can prepare legal documents under the guidance of Legal team
- Can do legal research
- Can make summaries of complaints made by client
- Can maintain a record of conversation held between client and the company in relation to any complaint.
- Organize and archives files and supporting documents
- Verifies information provided as appropriate
- Can keep record of accounts
- Can write letters to clients reminding them to pay the dues
