| Job Description: |
Protégé Global is looking for an HR intern for 6 weeks in its Islamabad office. The intern will assist us in Recruitment & selection with day to day activities of HR department. Minimum qualification is BBA/MBA (HR).He will be paid a stipend of Rs. 8000 and will become a contributing member of our HR team. Other responsibilities may include involvement in the following aspects:

Responsibilities:
The Human Resources Intern will learn the practical application of:
- Steps in the recruiting and hiring process, including: posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting telephone and in-person interviews, making job offers, negotiating starting salaries and onboarding.
- Learning & Development programs such as employee engagement action planning, lunch & learns, engagement activities, career roadmaps and employee communications.
- Facilities Management to coordinate moves and assist in employee effectiveness activities.
