We are looking for an accounting manager to supervise, track and evaluate day-to-day activities. Accounting manager responsibilities include establishing financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying and reporting information. We are also looking for someone to work closely with our financial management team.

3. Accounts payable/receivable
4. Cash receipts
5. General ledger
6. Payroll and utilities
7. Treasury, budgeting
8. Cash forecasting
9. Revenue and expenditure variance analysis
10. Capital assets reconciliations
11. Trust account statement reconciliations,
12. Check runs
13. Fixed asset activity
14. Debt activity
15. Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
16. Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
17. Coordinate and complete annual audits
18. Provide recommendations
19. Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
20. Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
21. Meet financial accounting objectives
