| Job Description: |
- Ensure timely maintenance & repair of all sanitary fixtures and electrical fixtures/wiring/appliances.
- Ensure judicious utilization of Facility’s staff and resources.
- Ensure immediate drainage of rainwater in case of heavy rains.
- Supervise work of contractors as per direction/contract.
- Carry out general and master maintenance of all buildings.
- Implement HSE standards in all works/contracts.
- Ensure top class housekeeping.
- Maintain the fire extinguishers installed to ensure that at least 95% are operational in case of emergency.
- Ensure timely closure of all raised Near Misses/Unsafe Conditions.
