AMC is looking for Financaial Analyst who will be responsible for:

To be responsible for the development and implementation of financial models to support the delivery of AMC's various projects, programmes and policies.

To assist the Financial Controller to provide high quality and timely financial impact assessments to Executive Team, Board, and Departments in AMC.

To develop deliver and implement financial models and financial modelling tools for financial feasibility of AMC housing projects.

To work autonomously in building, populating and using financial models for projects throughout AMC.

To be responsible for ensuring the availability and adequacy of data to be used in models is of sufficient quality by establishing procedures for collecting and manipulating information and building in appropriate checks and controls.

To be responsible for providing good quality, timely financial modelling advice to other departments, in a way that non specialists can readily understand.

To create an understanding of the context and application of financial modelling tools and techniques within AMC.

To Work colaaboratively across multi-functionally teams in AMC.

To provide visible leadership and act as a positive role model at all times.

Proactive management of internal and external relationships.
