| Summary
The individual will be responsible for development, customization and administration of MS Dynamics CRM. The candidate must be extremely detail-oriented, have the ability to multitask, be meticulously organized, and be able to prioritize multiple demands in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Functions
- Participating in the design and architecture sessions with the clients, understanding business processes and requirements for the project
- Assisting with architecting the CRM system, related customizations, and reports to model the clients organizational process
- Creating data migration and integration mappings
- Building the CRM forms, screens, and views, as well as workflows and reports around the customer needs for an interface
- Resolving technical issues with servers, authentication, IIS, SQL, SRS and other related technologies to CRM
- Distribute information on the latest CRM-related and technology news to the team members
- Support the application post go-live during system setting and fix applications issues not necessarily related to code
Required Skills and Experience
- 3 - 5 years experience in development, customization and administration of MS Dynamics CRM
- Experience in C#, ASP.NET, HTML and JavaScript
- Experience working with IIS, SQL Server databases and SQL Reporting Services
- Strong English verbal and written communications
