| Job Description: |
| The Software Quality Analyst function is responsible to ensure that ABTACH is able to deliver high quality software projects on time by developing and executing manual and automated tests and finding issues before application release.
Key Responsibilities Duties:
- Produce formal test specfication and test plans
- Write clear bug report and steps to reproduce in bug tracking system
- Develop utilities and process to test, track and verify software defects.
- Provide post implementation support for all deliverables
- Perform manual and automated software validation verification, including system, regression, smoke, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Provide status updates regarding test progress, results, and unresolved problems.
- Collaborate with developers to improve overall product quality by emphasizing defect prevention, usability and functional enhancements throughout the development process.
Required Skills Experience:
- Must posess good understanding of Software Quality Assurance Testing methodologies relevant to SDLC and all features of application process.
- Ability to strive for high performance and take initiative to make improvements.
- Experience of using bug tracking system for communication with developers and managers working for the software release
- Understanding of UML diagrams and other artifacts
- Agile experience would be a plus point.
