| The ideal candidate should:
- Hold at least a Bachelor s degree in in IT/Science/Engineering/Computer Science, Masters will be preferred.
- Should have 4 6 years of relevant work experience.
Job Description
- Handle day-to-day systems operations of Microsoft sharePoint systems / servers, trouble-shooting and incident management.
- Identify requirements, technical feasibility and effort estimates of projects
- Responsible for end to end management of a project from inception to closure
- Assess business requirements and consult on functional specifications.
- Manage architect and design SharePoint environments for maximum flexibility, reliability and scalability
- Define and implement required changes to governance model.
- Provide expertise, lead technical meetings, and communicate effectively with different development teams and departments.
- Provide project management and subject matter expertise for platform.
- Formulate custom, client specific solutions including where necessary integration of third party packages.
- Coordinate with vendors depending on scope of project.
- Maintain good technical skills in DBMS, products, utilities, protocols and techniques.
- Ensure quality of technical solution and architecture.
- Ensure continuous IT services delivery to support day to day business operations.
Essential Skills
- Should have experience of designing/developing SharePoint 2010 applications
- Should have experience developing InfoPath forms
- Should have the ability to write technical and end user documentation including test plans, scripts and training material
- Should have the ability to deal with and manage conflicting priorities whilst building successful business relationships across a range of stakeholder groups.
- SharePoint 2013 exposure is an advantage.
Desirable Skills - Industry certification, Any Microsoft certification especially in MS SharePoint 2010 (Administration/Development) will be a plus.
