| Job Description: |
| Key Results Area: Personal Hygiene (20%) Domestic Hygiene (20%) Environmental Hygiene (20%) Use of safe water for drinking (20) Reporting 20% Main Tasks Responsibility - Arrangements and deliverance of hygiene promotion sessions to targeted community.
- Conducting the targeted hygiene promotion sessions with complete record keeping and pictorial proofs.
- Must have to submit weekly and monthly plane and progress report.
- Detail assessment of the area of intervention and preparation of survey report before and after the hygiene sessions.
- Will have to report to his/her line manager both weekly and monthly basses.
- Ensuring the conduction of targeted better health/cleanliness campaigns and mobilizing the community for the participation.
- Design hygiene sessions with awareness about use of safe water for drinking and provide easy methods for making water safe for drinking.
- Groups or child brigades, to ensure the communitys involvement in the all project activities as well as other child related activities
- Will have to conduct KAP, Post KAP and Base Line survey which/when ever asked by immediate supervisor
- Must have to submit weekly, monthly plan and progress report.

| Required Skills: |
Knowledge
•Bachelor/ Preferably Master Degree with 01 Years relevant experience.
•Ability to write clear and concise reports and correspondence.
•Gender sensitized and committed to gender equality.
•Flexibility and able to adapt to changing situations.
•Good communication and interpersonal skills.
•Knowledge about use of safe water for drinking.
Special Skills
•knowledge of English,Urdu Brahvi and Balochi
•Computer literate
•Good reporting skills
•Fluent in local language speaking and listening.
