Main Tasks Responsibilities
Responsible for overall management administration of ICDI project adhering to IR policies procedures and Sphere Standards.
Responsible for overall monitoring and evaluation of the project.
Lead assessment teams for emergencies and Development projects/ program in KP.
Ensure that all project targets are achieved in time.
Provide guidance or inputs to rectify the activities those diverting from program objectives seek advice from area office or technical advisors in country office.
Guide/Support project officers of the concern component /department during the planning of their activities in the targeted areas.
Provide timely and planned inputs for procurement of goods Services.
In liaison with M A Unit, assist in drawing up of monitoring reporting schedule for all the programming activities undertake regular reporting accordingly.
Ensure documentation of all programs, financial administrative records key decisions are minute both in hard in soft versions.
Facilitate staff where ever they feel difficulties in project implementation guide them through his/ her experiences.
Liaison with government/ NGOs departments at all distt and Provincial levels.
