| Job Description: |
- On start of every quality, QC will do first in-line inspection.
- Check GSM, width, end-pick, selvedge writing as per given requirement.
- Submit half meter production sample of all beams to head office.
- Check equal selvedge height & distance on each side of fabric.
- Contamination should be controlled.
- Inform daily looms production to production department.
- Make sure single color or double color loom as per contract.
- Selvedge yarn, design & writing as per given instructions.
- Make sure no. of running looms as per contract.
- submit daily inspection report to production department.
- Packing should be as per requirement.
- Weekly yarn report & daily stock report will be submitted to production department
- Closing stock of yarn, fabric & running production reports should be submitted to production department by the end of every month.
