Job Description:
  • Maintain IT network, data Centre, access points, LAN connectivity, employees’ desktop - laptops, printers & scanners etc.
  • Maintain windows, software’s and drivers’ installation, scanning of laptops / computers for viruses, data backup and restore operations
  • Support staff in different meetings / presentations / online video conferences.
  • Support in configuration of iTEP lab, CCTV & Exam cell and help in online monitoring of outstation iTEP labs.
  • Install and support LAN, WAN, Internet & all network related portals & services.
  • Administer servers, routers, switches, firewalls, personal digital assistants, security updates and patches.
  • Support branches in different issues regarding business portals, configuration of ERP, outlook etc.
  • Support in configuring of routers for AMS machine access and data uploading using remote access application.
  • Support in configuration and calibration of EyeRis / Smartboard devices. 
  • Coordinate with branches to update IT inventory.
  • Update Regional office inventory / handing taking over procedures of IT equipment.
