Professional Development Matrix:
- Contribute to tracking of progress of projects
- Assist in data collection and initial analysis as per KOBO/ODK Collect applications
- Manage the teams of data collection during Need Assessments, baseline, End-line and Evaluation studies
- Contribute in organizing the monthly/quarterly progress reviews of different projects
- Conduct monitoring visits as per the guidance of M&E specialist
- Support in review of performance monitoring on monthly/quarterly basis
- Assist in developing data collection tools for various research studies
- Assist in collecting the secondary data as and when required
- Role of monitoring in quality implementation.
- Contribute to quality reporting of projects interim, final reports
- Documenting and follow-up on feedback of monitoring

Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate/Master degree holder(Social/Physical Sciences)
- Entry level candidates having internship/volunteer-ship experience only.
