Basic Eligibility Criteria:
Academic / Professional Qualification:
- Bachelor / Master (or above) Degree in Computer Science/IT/Engineering, Telecom or related disciplines duly recognized by HEC.
- Preference will be given to candidates having relevant certification.
Experience:
- At-least 05 years of post-qualification relevant professional experience in a comparable position in a reputed private/public sector organization.
- Hand-on experience in flowcharts and diagraming tools
- Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation including Requirements Specification Document (FDD\RSD), Change Request Document (CRD), User Manuals, system Manuals, configuration Manuals etc.
Other Skills/ Expertise/ Knowledge Required:
- Having experience in Banking/Financial Institution is a plus
- Excellent writing skills in English.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Basic familiarity with the SDLC and software development
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Visio or relevant.
- Understand and explain complex technical concepts
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Ability to undertake multiple projects and deliver on tight deadlines
Outline of Main Duties / Job Responsibilities:
- Quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures while using Microsoft Office and other related tools
- Producing high-quality documentation that is appropriate for its intended audience
- Working with internal teams on product and documentation requirements
- Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements
- Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience
- Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides
- Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications
- Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities
- Create and maintain the information architecture
- Help other writers in creating documentation
Eligibility:
