Responsibilities for HR Specialist

• Responsible for acquisition of new talents in USA and Pakistan
• Communicate with manager to resolve issues with concerned departments
• Ensure about attendance and time cards monitoring
• Managing the wages and Payroll System
• Handling the Employees Complaints and resolve their issues
• Define and set HR policies within the organization
•  Analyze pay scale to ensure compliance with wage and labor laws
• Train employees and other staff about the company system
• Maintain staff and talent record efficiently

Qualifications for HR Specialist

• Must be fluent in English
•  Master's degree in Human Resource Management or related field, preferred
• 2+ years of experience as an HR Executive/Assistant
•  Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office Applications
• Superior attention to detail
• Proven track record of maintaining employee confidentiality
• Must have knowledge of HR Application Assessment Systems
• Experience with payroll systems
• Able to handle the work pressure with deadlines
