| Job Description: |
- Managing design process from conception to final styling.
- Conducting market research to identify new trends, fabrics and techniques, and seeking design inspiration.
- Designing and sampling of minimum 4-5 pret designs per month- Complete process from drawing, Selecting fabrics and trims, fabric and material procumbent, mood board, complete sampling and execution.
- Designing and sampling of minimum 4-5 Semi formal & formal wear designs per month- Complete process from drawing, Selecting fabrics and trims , fabric and material procumbent, mood board, complete sampling and execution.
- Designing and sampling Bridal collection - Complete process from drawing, fabric and material procumbent, mood board, complete sampling and execution.
- Designing and sampling couture pieces. Complete process from drawing, Selecting fabrics and trims, fabric and material procumbent, mood board, complete sampling and execution.
- Collaborating with team members to select seasonal themes, make edits to line, and create new concepts.
- Collaborating with technical designer to ensure development packages are accurate.
- Ensure quality control, each client order review before delivery or dispatch
