We have a vacant position of Accounts Executive having knowledge & experience of Accounts Payable and Inventory Management for Lahore Office.
Required Candidate must at least be a graduate with a Finance or Commerce degree having exposure to accounting software.
• Handling day-to-day costs, expenses, and payments-reconciliation through bank transactions.
• Accounts receivables invoices, collections, and sorting of all incoming cash.
• Third-party accounts payable- tracking all payments, justification of invoices/expenses. Match with banking transactions and reconciliation.
• Expert with the computer, well versed in verbal and written communication, good knowledge of working with excel formulas and creating cash flow sheets.
• Knowledge of balance sheets and proper bookkeeping manually and through excel.
• Assisting with internal and external audits.
• Implement financial policies and procedures, establish maintain and reconcile the general ledger.
