Job Description: |
- Manage routine HR Operations using latest IT techniques.
- Design maintain and periodically evaluate an effective recruitment process
- Record, compile, verify and submit time and attendance.
- Implement and monitor Human Resource Policies.
- Maintain proper documentation to handle and external audits.
- Maintain personal Information of all regions, maintain employee files
- Maintaining electronic record of resumes/curriculum Vitae for future consideration
- Conduct job analysis to prepare Job Description
- Participate in development of Departmental Objectives and KPIs
