Naeem Electronics is looking for a highly motivated and energetic Customer Relationship officer with Good Communication Skills to manage daily customer queries and feedbacks.
Key Responsibilities
- A Positive, Empathetic and Professional approach in answering Calls and provide information about customer queries products and services, taking input of issues and their redressal thereof.
- Ensure all quality perimeters are met on every phone call and respond promptly to customer queries.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Maintaining Proper Log of Daily Customer Queries.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information to the customers by using the right methods.
- Command on MS Excel & MS Word.
- Appropriate and timely follow-ups wherever required.
- Escalate unresolved queries to respective departments for accurate redressal.
