| Job Description: |
- Windows/Softwares/Network/printer installation, configuration, and troubleshooting for end-users
- Analyze problems, develop creative solutions and assess risks/benefits, troubleshooting
- Creating network firewalls and ensure that is updated.
- Sharing and mapping of network and shared folders/drives.
- Hands-on experience of Google online wizards like google sheets/docs etc
- Manage and monitor system/network installations including configurations, testing, and maintenance.
- Managing and monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure
- CCTV Installation and Support/ Projector/ Basic photography/ Video making & rendering/ uploading experience
- UPS Support
- The performance of IT supports duties as defined by the appropriate I.T Support team leader.
- Provide support on a shift basis (8-12 hours shift as per roaster, including weekends)
- Ability to tackle multiple issues
- Team Player shows initiative and Leadership skills
- Takes Ownership of ones work and motivates the team to do the same
- Must have a steep learning curve
- Attention to Detail
- Microsoft Excel/Word proficiency, Good English Communication, Professional Email ethics.
