| Job Description: |
We are looking for a self-motivated NETWORK PRESALES / POST SALES Resource to provide hi services & support for our enterprise/commercial customers for of software-driven Cloud Networking and programmable switches for Data Center and Campus networks.
Responsibilities:
- You will partner with Sales Account Managers to understand customer pain points and conduct network architectural reviews in addition to conducting product presentations of Networking for Data Center & multiple branches (including Wifi) networking solutions, Cloud Vision (Network Automation), Security (Network Detection), Endpoint Security, Network Topologies, Routing & Switching.
- You will architect, design and propose network solutions using V-LAN, EVPN, L2 L3 Network and network overlays to capture additional sales.
- Perform hands-on tests to validate customer proof-of-concept setups, network designs, and network deployments using new products and features
- Put together design guidelines and recommend improvements to customers for the networks they are using.
- Partner with Sales Team to respond to RFP/RFQs
- Provide feedback to Product Management and Engineering
- Keep up-to-date on competitive solutions, products, and services
Who Are You?
- BS/CS/CE technical degree required
- Network Industry Certification preferred (e.g., CCNA, CCIE, CCNP,)
- You possess a minimum of 3+ years of L2/L3 networking design and implementation experience with a focus on Data Center and Campus networks.
- You possess expert level expertise in routing and switching including L2/L3 protocols. (Cisco, HPE , Aruba, H3C)
- Previous experience with network overlays preferred.
Expert knowledge in three or more of the following areas:
- Ethernet, RSTP/ MSTP, VLANs, IP Routing, TCP/IP, BGP, eBGP, V-LAN, VPN, Multicast, QoS
- Expert-level knowledge of industry-standard CLI
- Experience with SDN and Network Function Virtualization (NFV) highly desired.
- Knowledge of competitive products, solutions, and services
- Ability to write RFP and RFQ
