Job Description: |
- Handling daily operational matters of Corporate Affairs department of JSK Feeds Limited and its Associated Concerns.
- To ensure timely compliance of all applicable laws, rules and regulations.
- To identify and resolve important Statuary issues.
- To coordinate with Account Department and Auditors for timely preparation of Financial Reports.
- To ensure timely submission of Statuary Returns, Financial Reports and notices with relevant Government Departments.
- To assist Company Sect. in holding Board Meetings and AGMs
- Representing Company at different Government Departments and regulatory bodies including but not limited to SECP, Chamber of Commerce and State Bank of Pakistan.
- Any other duty assigned by Company Sect.
