| Job Description: |
- Responsible to manage and supervise the inventory transaction processes to ensure inventory accuracy and timelines.
- Responsible to advise departments and project personnel on inventory or inventory management related issues.
- Responsible for preparing statistical reports on material coordination and warehouse activities.
- Responsible to keep material and equipment storage in order.
- Responsible for physical verification of received item along the item description, type and quantity with supplier delivery with packing list.
- Responsible for marking and noting down of any discrepancy communication of such issues to the concerned department.
- Responsible to check the remaining material regularly and supervise the all activities related to store department.
