Zameen.com is urgently looking to recruit a skilled professional for its ‘Executive Support Officer’ position.
- The applicant selected for this post will be responsible for maintaining executive’s agenda and assist in planning day-to-day matters pertaining to visa support, banking cheques and appointments.
- Moreover, the incumbent will be required to receive and screen phone calls and redirect them as and when appropriate.
- He (or she) will also handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondences (e-mail, letters, packages etc.).
- Other responsibilities include making travel arrangements for executives; taking dictation and writing correspondence; keeping record/filing of documents on a daily basis; operating and maintaining office equipment; and professionally greeting and receiving guests and clients.
- To be considered for this position, the candidate must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Further, he (or she) must be pro-active and capable of meeting deadlines.
