| Job Description: |
- Prepares different formats related to academics as per requirement
- Typing and formatting worksheets, timetable and planning etc, in English and Urdu and providing Master Print for RISO
- Provide computerized work for academic presentation like material printing for envelopes, decorating, tags for trophies, material for board presentations and soft board designing etc.
- Make a record of all the academic related documents by keeping in the desired folder on computer drive for future use and record also monitoring daily emails and corresponding under the supervision of Principal
- Dealing with the parents regarding different issues related to Parental Portal along with the Principal.
- Be a leader on the team for eLearning to build eLearning courses and demonstration as and when required by lectures recording for uploading on Google classroom, editing videos, uploading materials and assignments on Google classroom. Guiding parents to operate Zoom cloud meetings as well as Google classroom.
- Develop learning deliverables in various engaging formats (e.g., courses, videos, quizzes, and etc.)
