We are looking for HR Assistant in our organization. The right candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience preferably in IT industry with good command in spoken English, computer skills and email correspondence. 

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Organize, compile, update staff personnel file records and documentation.
• Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
• Assist recruitment in coordination with all department leads for resource requirements based on experience, skills, and education.
• Maintain employee records (attendance, employee data etc.) according to policy and company requirements.
