• Document preparation for respective country's legal Compliance requirements.
• Drafting Contracts and Agreements and other legal documents.
• Liaison with Representative of Embassies, Consulates and third-party services for legalization of documents.
• Manage Product Registrations worldwide as per the requirement.
• Manage Intellectual Properties, New Registrations and Renewals worldwide.
• Compliance Notification for hair-care products on all national and International portals, 
• Understanding of Health and Safety regulations in United States, European Union, Asean, and Gulf Cooperative Council.
• General Knowledge of Jurisprudence.
• Attentive to small details to meet product labeling compliance. 
• Know-how of International Laws, Treaties, Embargo, Health and Safety Laws, IP Laws, E-Commerce Laws and Laws of Contract.
• Any other administrative task as required.

Requirements: 

• LLB or LLM degree in Corporate/Commercial Law from foreign university or institute.
• 2+ years of corporate legal experience.
• Know-how of International Law, Treaties, Embargo, Health and Safety Laws, IP Laws, E-Commerce Laws, Law of Contract, all types of Agreements and documentation related to International Commercial laws.
• Must have knowledge about legal documentation and its peculiarities.
• Should have very good command on English.
• Good command over MS Office.
• Able to perform in fast pace work environment and handle work pressure.
