Job Description
- Greet and welcome CEO guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Meet & Greet local as well as foreign visitors
- Ensure reception area is clean and presentable, with all necessary requirements.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
- Should have good verbal and written communication skills
- Provide basic and accurate information via phone/email
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with good PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Fluent in English
- Managing diaries and organizing meetings
- Helping with few administration tasks
- Keeping register for vehicles along with fuel cards ledgers
Education & Skills:
- 2-3 years of experience in similar role
- Good Communication Skills
- Multitasking
- Able to work on their own with minimum guidance
- MS Office – especially MS office / excel (must be able to demonstrate)
- Good typing speed with accuracy
