Job Summary:

·        Managing and personally delivering the services required to meet implementation goals at a high level of quality.

·        Proactively identify and set client expectations.

·        Act as first line of technical support during the implementation cycle.

·        Coordinate and manage Client’s implementation by monitoring deliverables and progress through continuous communication with the Data Services, Download Services, Installation, Training, and Consulting departments.

·        Completing various setup, configuration, and activation tasks.

·        Expediting resolution to clients.

·        Communicate clients statuses and updates to management.

·        Maintaining detailed knowledge of Applied’s products as versions are updated/enhanced.

·        Mentoring new employees.

·        Assisting customers with Level 1 Support questions: help desk tickets, in-app live chat, and phone.

·       Troubleshooting, investigating, and creating detailed bug reports for the task assigned.

·        Fast learner, sharp thinking, investigative mind and true dedication to solving customer problems.

·        Provides support to end users on a variety of issues.

·        Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.

·        Have ownership over all tickets/requests and direct to the appropriate resource and follow up with customers on all requests to ensure completion and customer satisfaction.

·        Escalating issues to Tier 2/3 Technical Support and development teams as necessary.
