Job Description:
  • Providing full customer support; taking calls of clients and addressing their issues and concerns.
  • Responding to emails of all clients and addressing their issues.
  • Taking sign off from clients via email when their issues are fixed.
  • Reporting issues of clients and bugs in the system to technical team and working with them closely to get those issues/bugs fixed.
  • Creating users’ login in the system for all the users of all the practice and sharing login details with them.
  • Preparing presentations and training documents for the clients.
  • Training doctors and their entire staff online (Nurses, Front Desk, Managers, Supervisors) on software.
  • Giving demo of EMR to new clients.
  • Doing follow-up with clients interested in demo and with ones who had taken demo of EMR.
  • Online meeting with clients regarding their requirements/changes in the system and getting their feedback about software.
  • Working closely with technical team on how the changes/requirements from clients could be incorporated in the system.
  • Follow-up with technical team on the progress of requirements/changes in system requested by clients.
  • Showing the requirements/changes updated in the system to clients and taking sign off.
  • Working as Implementation coordinator, discussion with clients about data/info required for setting up their practice in software.
  • Gathering all the data/info from clients by follow-up calls and emails.  Entering all the data in the system.
  • Adding new templates in the system for all the doctors as per their provided samples.
  • Copying existing templates with help of technical team to new practice database if they don’t have their own template
  • Checking all templates and their impacts in encounter before giving the access to client.
