GADITEK is in search of a Lead .Net Developer for one of its brands.

In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end coordination and development of a feature in the assigned product including designing, building, testing and deploying business applications. You will also assist the Architect to reach sound conclusions with his platform-specific knowledge, and aid the Agile Manager implement Agile processes and follow the processes as well.

Once you are here, you will:

• Be responsible for end-to-end coordination and development of a feature in the assigned product
• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software by producing clean, efficient code based on specifications.
• Assist the Architect reach sound conclusions with his platform-specific knowledge
• Assist the Agile Manager in implementing Agile processes and follow the processes as well
• Manage day-to-day operations and coordination with cross-departmental teams on a need basis
• Be responsible for meeting committed deadlines
• Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Work in alignment with managers in-terms of development standards and practices. This includes, but is not limited to design/architectural guidelines, applicable software coding conventions, source/configuration management procedures, and testing practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software.
• Create technical documentation for reference and reporting.

Relevant Experience:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty mentioned satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required for this role.

Education Level:

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or equivalent with programming experience

Experience:

• 6+ years in hands-on development with .NET, C#, ASP.NET, Windows Forms, WPF and SQL Server in an n-tier architecture, and at least 1-year experience of leading a team of 2+ individuals

Specific skills:

• Understanding of Design Patterns is a must
• Sound knowledge of .Net Technologies and Frameworks is a must
• Desktop Development Knowledge is preferred
• In-depth knowledge of OOP is a must
• Experience of working with WPF is preferred
• MVC/MVVM Design Pattern knowledge is a must
• Experienced on working with Design Patterns including Dependency Injection is preferred
• Basic knowledge of Java/JavaScript/C/C++ is preferred
• Mid-Level to Advanced knowledge of AngularJs is preferred
• Experience of Agile methodologies is preferred
