System engineer (Windows & Virtualization Environment) is responsible to provide all systems operational support related to KMBL Windows Environment & virtualization environment administration and Management activities across the Bank.

i.Administration of GFI Languard for Windows Patching
ii.Administration of GFI Endpoint Security for Managing USB Access Across KMBL
iii.Administration of GFI Mail Essentials for Managing Antispam Filtering for Email Server
iv.Administration of Email Archiving using GFI Archiving Solution
i.Infrastructure monitoring
i.Administering Zabbix/SolarWinds Server at PR and DR Site.
ii.Configuring Custom reports and Alerts for Critical Server
iii.Maintenance of Zabbix servers
j.Resolving NOC Forwarded Alerts
i.Active Monitoring Alerts received from Noc Team
ii.Taking action for Resolving critical issues on urgent basis
iii.Communication with Noc team with any planned activity and downtime of Servers.
k.HDMS Tickets Resolution
i.Resolving HDMS Calls on Daily Basis
ii.Creating Task and follow up to resolve tasks
iii.Infrastructure Level Change Management through Change Procedure in HDMS
iv.Adding Problem Resolution in Tickets related to MS Windows/VMware

i.Point of Contact (POC) for IS Team for Security patching

iii.Assist IS Team for Verifying Baseline Security
iv.Monthly updates on Servers Patch Status
v.Removing Vulnerabilities on Servers identified by IS Team
vi.Assisting IS Team with IS Auditing of Windows Environment
b.Assisting Internal Audit Team in IT Audit
i.Providing required Information to Audit
ii.Assisting in Tasks related to Audit for IT infrastructure
iii.Assist in Verification of Audit policies to Audit Team
iv.Resolving the Audit Findings
c.Strong CAB management
Job Requirements:
Education
Master in IT/ Engineering/ Computer Science from a reputed HEC-recognized university/institution.
Skills
- Managing and Administering Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File Server and Print Server at enterprise level.
- Hands on Experience with Group policies, Permissions
- Hands on Experience with MS Exchange and Skype for Business Servers
- Hands on experience on VMware, Oracle OVS, VCenter, vRealization Operations & relevant technologies.
- Skilled in Red Hat & Oracle Linux and Windows.
- Should have ability to schedule & script the routine jobs, experience with automation tools to schedule the routine jobs and minimize manual interventions is a plus.
- Must have worked in an enterprise environment in excess of 200 servers.
- Ability to work independently on projects and duties without constant supervision.

- Strong change management knowledge
Duration & Nature of Previous Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience with 2-3 years of experience in a similar position or equivalent in a large organization with multi-branch architecture.
