| Job Description: |
We urgently require Draftsman (Revit Structure, Electrical, Architecture, Drainage) and Façade Designer for our Islamabad Office. Candidate must have 1 - 2 years of experience in their relevant fields. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and 3D modeling is required.
Revit Structural Draftsman
- Experience in preparation of 3D BIM Models.
- Shop Drawings Deliveries according to Municipality Regulations.
Revit Architecture Draftsman
- 2 years of experience in AutoCAD, Revit & 3D modelling
- Bachelor degree in Design/Architecture would be an advantage.
Electrical Revit Draftsman
- Experience in electrical lighting, and mechanical design drafting works.Schematic diagrams, Load schedules & Professional modeling using Revit.
Drainage Revit Draftsman
- Experience in MEP (mechanical, electrical and plumbing) Design and Pumping Station.
- CAD experience is a must.
Facade Designers
- Understanding of façade systems, materials, weather performance and building physics requirements).
- Ability to prepare clear and detailed freehand sketches to illustrate design solutions
Interior Designing Revit Draftsman
- Strong knowledge of how to use 3D design tools such as AutoCAD, Sketch-UP, 3D Max, Revit, Adobe Photoshop, 3D Modeler, Visualizer
- Drafts Detailed Multi View Drawing of Projects
- 3 – 5 years of experience in handling interior fit-out and furniture supply projects
