Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the entire front of the house operation
- Deliver superior guest services
- Ensuring guest satisfaction
- Respond efficiently to customer questions and complaints
- Organize and supervise shifts
- Manage and lead staff
- Perform opening and closing duties
- Take orders and execute
- Manage deliveries and take aways

Job Skills Requirements and Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience as a head waiter or supervisor
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service on a restaurant
- Team player
