Responsibilities
- The Transportation Dispatcher is a focused and responsible position.
- The main goal is to provide excellent customer service to our customers and drivers.
- The Transportation Dispatcher will serve as a liaison between our customers and drivers
- Deal directly with our customers/drivers either by telephone, electronically.
- Respond promptly to inquiries
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- Has intimate knowledge of our customers' needs
- Follow up on customer interactions
- Able to suggest improvements to the operations team
- Able to communicate clearly
- Able to adapt to changes at the last minute
